Wide Polarity Range Flash Purifications

Natural sources contain a large number of compounds that range from very non-polar materials, such as terpenes, to highly polar compounds such as tannins. Wide Polarity Range Chromatography is a method to resolve complex mixtures into various groups of molecules that are easier to purify in subsequent steps. This poster describes columns suitable for use with Wide Polarity Range Chromatography including the RediSep Gold^® C18, diol, and silica and the RediSep^® alumina columns.
