Purification of polar compounds, small organics
I was able to use a 150-g RediSep Gold C-18 column for purification of two very polar, close-running spots that were otherwise inseparable. I had several grams of the mixture and was able to select an appropriate gradient and then purify in batches. The column reproducibly yielded the separated products over several runs.
