A standardized, automated, rapid platform for biomarker discovery

Blood plasma is a rich source of disease biomarkers, but identifying potential protein biomarkers in human plasma is challenging due to its complex and diverse proteome. Tecan addresses this challenge with an automated sample preparation pipeline using the Fluent^® liquid handling system and the ENRICH-iST plasma workflow (PreOmics). This innovative workflow allows for the identification and quantification of low-abundance proteins, making it suitable for high-throughput, in-depth characterization of the plasma proteome in large study populations. The automated pipeline combines efficiency with comprehensive proteome analysis, promising to improve the discovery of valuable biomarkers in large-scale studies of human plasma.
