Celloger Mini Plus application: Nocodazole-mediated mitotic arrest

Here, CURIOSIS shows how anti-mitotic activity of nocodazole against cancer cell lines can be examined by monitoring the cell division using its Celloger^® Mini Plus. HeLa cells transfected with H2B-GFP plasmid were seeded into a 24-well plate and after overnight culture to attach the cells, they were incubated with or without 62.5 nM of nocodazole. Real time imaging was conducted using Celloger^® Mini Plus 4X objective, green fluorescence. Time-lapse images were taken every 15 minutes for 19.5hours
