Precise Temperature Control with the Minicube PCR from GNAcode

Dr. Lars Thomsen introduces the unique Minicube PCR thermo-cycler from GNAcode. The 16 individual wells are microprocessor controlled and the temperature is measured by high quality platinum sensors. This presents the opportunity to carry out asynchronous PCR with 16 different protocols running in parallel, or even running time-shifted in parallel. The machine is ideal for the optimization of primers, cloning protocols with multiple incubation steps and short run PCRs for sequencing preparation.
