Siemens CentraLink Data Management System Ranked #1 in Overall Satisfaction

CentraLink IT System receives top user rating for second time in a row

The Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics CentraLink Data Management System has achieved the highest rating for overall user satisfaction, according to the recently published Information Dynamics' Middleware MARKET MONITOR™.

This is the second time in a row that a Siemens diagnostics IT solution received top rating in this report, which reviews the current use of middleware solutions in the main hospital clinical laboratory and tracks changes in product usage or applications since the previous edition published in 2011.

In total, 243 respondents representing hospitals across the United States participated in this report via an online quantitative survey. Of the top brands with a projected installed base of at least 100 accounts, the Siemens CentraLink Data Management System received the top rating of 3.6 in a five-point scale1, with over 90 percent of respondents reporting being satisfied with the product.
