Unlike laborious conventional labeling protocols, Lightning-Link^® enables scientists to directly label their favourite antibodies by simply resuspending the lyophilized pre-activated label with the antibody solution, providing a quick, cost-effective and flexible solution for their immunoassay of choice.

No column separation steps are needed post-conjugation, thus improving the conjugates yield, decreasing the antibody loss and eliminating assay variability due to desalting procedures.

Lightning-Link^® comes in practical pack sizes, enabling both small (e.g. 10 µg) and large quantities (e.g. 5 mg) of antibody to be labeled with ease and requires the same hands-on time – just 30 seconds, irrespective of the amount of antibody requiring conjugation. Since the labeling process remains unaltered, the performance of antibody conjugates prepared at small scale are identical to that prepared at large scale.
