Amplification of challenging DNA amplicons
I tried several kits and found an older version of this kit to have the best outcome. However, the inconsistency of the protocol and the existence of a supposedly better alternative pushed me to try; the only problem is that the kit didn't have any documentation or protocol for months until they got back to me with some outdated protocols. The availability of the product is also problematic. The kit is very good at amplifying challenging DNA if you know how to optimize the protocol (by yourself), but its technical support and availability make it a wrong choice.

General description
2x Acculong PCR ReadyMix contains Acculong DNA Polymerase, dNTP and an optimized buffer system, only requiring the addition of primers and templates to perform amplification.
This reduces the need for pipetting operations, improves detection throughput, and yields reproducible results. In addition, the protective agent added in the system allows the 2x Acculong PCR ReadyMix to maintain stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing.
