Our FrameStar® Low Profile Break-A-Way plates offer you all the flexibility of tube strips, in a plate format. FrameStar® Break-A-Way is a vertically pre-perforated 96 well PCR plate that can easily be divided into smaller plate sections, ensuring no tubes are wasted.

Vertically pre-perforated plate which easily snaps into strips of 8 tubes or part plates. 96 well semi-skirted plate, 0.1 ml clear polypropylene wells, and a purple polycarbonate frame.
The plate also offers the benefits of our two-component plate range, with the combination of thin-walled polypropylene wells for maximum heat transfer during PCR with the thermal stability of a polycarbonate frame that won’t warp or bend during the heating and cooling of the PCR process.
