4titude® Peel Seal Heat Seal - Individual Sheets
Peel Seal is a laminate seal compatible with polypropylene plates. It can be removed from polypropylene plates by peeling, even with a plate which has been removed directly from -80°C storage.

Heat sealing offers a 100% effective method of plate sealing, for complete seal integrity, as well as being quick and cost effective.
The Peel Seal forms a complete seal to a plate enabling very low temperature uses, including very low temperature storage, and high temperature uses, such as PCR (when used with a pressurised heated lid).
This seal demonstrates moderate solvent resistance and can be utilised for short term compound storage at room temperature.
Also available in roll format for high-throughput and automation.

- Non-sterile: available sterile on request

- Seal integrity range: -200°C to 90°C
- Application: suitable for short term room temperature storage, and for very low temperature storage. Also has good solvent resistance, including DMSO
- Sheet dimensions: 125mm x 78mm; fits all SBS footprint plates, from 12-well to 1536-well
- Suggested sealing temperature: 170°C to 185°C
- Suggested sealing time: 2-3 secs
- Autoclavable (121°C)
