Cancer biology - Mouse models of metastasis, drug efficacy

Have been using bioluminescence imaging for cancer research in pharma and academia for about 20 years. Switched from IVIS100 to Ami HTX about 10 years ago. Very impressed with the stability of the Ami HTX system - no external cryo system to break down. Sensitivity is comparable to more expensive IVIS systems. This is a versatile instrument that we use for a variety of in vivo and in vitro applications in the lab. Software is very easy to use. Folks at SII are very responsive and helpful in the handful of occasions that we have had questions.

Machine hardware was incredibly easy to use. Found many bugs in the software, but were usually resolved in following updates. It was one of the most popular machines in our lab because of the speed of acquisition and high throughput that could be achieved.
