Suggested protocol
Overnight (16-24 hr) equilibrium assay with DAB/PEG separation. 100 µl standards, 100 µl tracer (18,000 cpm) and 200 µl primary antibody. Assay volume = 400 µl.
RIA Assay buffer
The vial contents is sufficient for 1000 to 5000 tests in this assay. Use 0.02 M PBS with 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Note
Some precipitate in the vial is expected, and will not affect the quality of the product. We recommend adding a minimum quantity of assay buffer, before aliquoting.
