Dilutions and PCR prep
The Integra ASSIST PLUS we have works great for our needs. It functions flawlessly and is easy to program and modify existing programs. One thing I wish it had was an optional cover to keep things a bit cleaner when doing PCR preps but overall it's great!

Process COVID-19 surveillance and CLIA samples
Programming is relatively straightforward but with plenty of flexibility to add/modify pipetting or wash steps quickly. Rack system is a bit cumbersome for high throughput samples but is sturdy and effective. Reproducibility of uptake and delivery is high, allowing for precise CLIA results using downstream PCR. Tip and pipettor change over is easy and rapid. The robot has a small footprint so it can fit into a biosafety cabinet with plenty of room to spare.

Simply mount an INTEGRA VIAFLO or VOYAGER electronic pipette onto the ASSIST PLUS pipette holder, choose a pipetting protocol, put in your labware and tips and press the run button. ASSIST PLUS will then obtain the protocol via Bluetooth from the VIAFLO or VOYAGER electronic pipette and automatically execute the desired application.
Pipette adapter: works with all INTEGRA mulitchannel pipettes, including VOYAGER adjustable tip spacing pipette
User Interface: protocol setup and selection is done using the pipette’s intuitive user interface
Working Deck: three work positions are available to accommodate reagent reservoirs, tube racks and plates
Automatic tip change: two dedicated postions for automatic tip loading and tip ejection
