CellTrace™ Yellow Cell Proliferation Kit (Ex/Em 546⁄579 nm) is used for in vitro and in vivo labeling of cells to trace multiple generations using dye dilution by flow cytometry.
This reagent is specifically designed for excitation by either a 532-nm or 561-nm laser, and it can be easily multiplexed with reagents and antibodies excited by other commonly used lasers.
