The Cora Raman spectrometer family from Anton Paar consists of transportable benchtop as well as highly accurate benchtop instruments. The transportable Cora 5X00 instruments are ideal for quick quality control and identification measurements of samples, especially chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and polymers. The spectrometers only weigh 6 kg and can optionally be battery-operated for up to 4 hours. They are perfectly suitable for flexible use inside and outside the laboratory, for example on the factory floor. Single- and dual-excitation wavelength options are available for precise and flexible measurements of different samples. A wireless option for remote control of all system functions like spectral acquisition and a library search function from an external tablet or PC set high standards in convenience and ease of use.
The benchtop Cora 7X00 Raman spectrometers are high-throughput instruments with a high resolution of up to 5 cm-1. They have a -55 °C deep-cooled CCD or InGaAs detector achieving high sensitivities even at 1064 nm. This enables the detection of substances even with low concentrations or in highly fluorescent environments.
With the Cora Raman spectrometers, the measurement process is user-independent and provides reliable results. Calibration can be performed automatically. Accessories like a liquid vial insert, a solid sample insert, a pill holder, and a fiber probe adapter can be quickly exchanged and easily adapt the instrument to suit every task.
