These culturewells are great unless your cells can't grow on glass. Too bad they don't give you the choice of glass or plastic bottoms. Optically-friendly plastic does exist nowadays, but is underutilized. There should be a plastic that has the optical qualities of borosilicate glass, and that should be used on the bottom of these wells.
