HistologiX provides a full range of digital quantification and analysis services using market leading software platforms such as Hamamatsu NanoZoomer, Axioscan Z1 and HALO™. Our digital image analysis can be done cell by cell or across whole tissue sections. Our reports include all parameters of the image analysis algorithm, representative images and statistical analysis.
Slide Scanning Services
Our digital analysis experts can provide digital scanning services through the use of Hamamatsu NanoZoomer v2 and Zeiss Axioscan Z1 to magnifications of x20 and x40. Our experts will generate high quality images of your glass slides to be used for archiving or digital image analysis.
Digital Image Analysis
Our digital image analysis experts use the HALO™ platform to perform digital pathology assessments of images using huge data sets allowing analysis of cell based, area based and spatial quantification of biomarkers within target tissues.
