Ease of use, highly recommend
RNA isolation from cells and tissues
This kit is very easy to use, works well with cells in Trizol, for tissues we'd like to add a phase separation step just to remove the extra protein/lipids that tends to clog the column. But the kit is still super helpful, shortening the laborious process, especially when dealing with large number of samples.

Extracting and Purifying RNA from Pacific oyster larvae
The protocol that comes with this kit is straightforward and easy to follow. As someone who has not done many RNA extractions before, this made the process very easy to complete. The kit includes the majority of the reagents needed and is absolutely worth the money. All of my samples have come out with great integrity and concentration.

Extremely effective at purifying RNA.
Purify RNA from untreated wastewater
I use it for research purposes and it is extremely effective at purifying RNA. It is very easy to use. My only critique is that the waste collection tubes can easily fall off the spin columns causing spillage and potential contamination. Great product though!

High quality RNA from small number of cultured cells or tissue. We were using the Arcturus picopure kit and it was 10$ per sample to prep. This kit provides faster and easier protocol that costs less than a. 1/3 the price. 3$ per sample. Love this kit!
