Ella system is very easy to use, which reduces ínter-personal variability. The results are reliable, they use reagents of the highest quality. There is no interference between analytes because they are studied in parallel, in contrast to other multiparametric cytokine analyis technologies. Another benefit is the reduced time to achieve the results, allowing a fast response to emergency situations. The equipment needs very little manteinance, and the technical service support is the most eficient I have ever seen.
