The EMILIETM disposable nanomechanical sampling and sensing chips are central components of the EMILIE product line. These disposable chips are used both to collect samples efficiently and to measure their infrared fingerprint using the EMILIETM infrared analyser and the PHILLTM resonance actuating and tracking electronics. Samples are easily deposited on the nanomechanical chips via aerosol techniques, nebulization, spin coating, or drop-casting.
