Miniprep Kit And DNA Purification
It is easy to use and takes about 30 minutes. The columns cannot be bought separately but there is enough volume of solutions. The GX solution isn’t actually needed. I would recommend the kit, works as well as the expensive Qiagen.

Qiagen Plasmid Prep Kit
This kit is convenient and user-friendly. Some of the bottles have color-coded labels so that it won’t cause confusion. The one thing I really do not like about it is that sometimes we only run out of one single item and left with an abundant of the others. Then we have to buy a whole package to replace the items which is waste of money.
