The generator is good overall. The connections need to be upgraded to metal
Pharma Analysis - Small molecules (LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, LC/MS QTOF)
The generator is easy to use and works good. The downside is cheap material used in the manufacturing of connections. Most of the tubing connections are plastic fittings. We constantly get leaks from them after some time (they crack under pressure). The filter housing top is plastic as well and cracks after some time. All this create a down time for us.

A great investment, couldn't do without them.
LC-MS plant metabolomics
Great delivery and installation, familiarization and service. Very easy to use. High purity nitrogen supply and reliable for extended round the clock use. After having a large scale nitrogen generator from a different company that supplied the entire lab, and which would breakdown leaving us without a nitrogen supply for weeks, it is great to have two compact nitrogen generators within the laboratory space, each supplying two LC-MS systems, that are reliable and which will be quickly serviced in an event of breakdown.

We are very happy to buy this, we never face the problem from 4-5 years of usage period, not any breakdown observed to date, we have taken Annual maintenance contract for it regularly and the service is very good, service person comes on time and done service very effectively happy to use peak nitrogen generator.

Great product: Hassle free, robust and convenient.
Pharmakokinetics, metabolites, protiens, cells
Initially when getting our instrument up and running we were using an ultra high purity nitrogen tank and it was very inconvenient. We had to continuously keep track of when the tank was low, the tank would get emptied often and there could be a delay time in replacing the tank. Having a nitrogen generator has been very convenient because you don't have to worry about any of that. The only thing you need to do is empty the condensation waste about once or twice every 2 months depending on how large your waste container is. Also, keeping track of service maintenance once a year.

Keeping track of service maintenance is a must, like you say. However, having a maintenance plan keeps your generator in great condition and guarantees superior performance throughout the product life span.
Reliable and does not require attention
Nitrogen drying gas for an LC-MS system
This generator was set up by the installation engineer and I haven't had to worry about it since. It basically just needs to be turned on and off. This unit is relatively quiet compared to some other generators, but is relatively large (it does not fit underneath a bench), so the available space should be accounted for if being attached to another instrument.
