Product accomplished what we needed - was OK
Nitrogen supply for LCMS equipment for metabolomics research
PEAK Scientific Instruments gave a decent performance with their nitrogen supply for LCMS equipment for metabolomics research. The nitrogen supply had a consistent output and the product maintained a good level of reliability throughout its use. It served its purpose of ensuring that our LCMS equipment functioned as needed for our metabolomics research. However, the product's performance was not exceptional. While it delivered on its basic promises, it lacked features that could have raised its overall utility and convenience. The system was functional, but it would have been much more appreciated if it had advancements like an automatic shut-off or a system for nitrogen-level alerts. Additionally, the customer service of PEAK Scientific Instruments could use some improvement. Although their response was timely, the depth of their technical knowledge seemed inadequate. In several instances, they could not provide immediate and effective solutions to minor technical glitches. In conclusion, while PEAK's nitrogen supply for LCMS equipment is a satisfactory product that accomplishes its job, it is not particularly noteworthy. It is a standard, reliable product that could immensely benefit from user-friendly features and stronger technical support. Given a market abounding with innovation, this product can be defined as average, without any remarkable qualities to set it distinctly apart.

Gas Chromatography
The nitrogen generator is a very suitable product for suplying high purity nitrogen to our gas chromatograph. Now we never need to use bottles and it is very easy and comfortable to work with it. You only need to be careful and use it correctly in order to avoid future problems.

The instrument is easy to use and provide high reliable and pure gases throughout its usage. Low maintenece instruments. Peak should work on their after sale services. Since we have had some challenges w.r.t. to preventive maintenence of the instrument. Overall Value for money

Without this generator we can't run the GC continuously.
Gas chromatography operation
This generator makes us easy to run GC without any stoppage/incidents during critical developmental activities as compared to Cylinder usage. Quality of Nitrogen availability from this instrument is awesome and extra ghost peaks can be avoidable compared to Cylinder practice. Safety wises it's a perfect choice and it's have a auto cut-off mechanism. Service was perfect and on time.

Really the best option to improve thermal testing reliability.
Thermal testing gas supply
The unit has already paid itself back in nitrogen produced and was an extremely easy, small, effective addon to our lab. I've since been contacted by other TA/Waters customers to advise on how replacing tanks for a generator went and I highly recommended the peak precision nitrogen gas generator.
