Transnetyx has one of the best customer support services I've ever encountered in my whole life. They are always ready to chat and help with any questions! We did quite a lot of genotyping with them when, for some reason, our own genotyping stopped working and we needed to troubleshoot. Not only do they provide the data to genotype the commercially available mice from Jackson, but they also designed custom genotyping for our own unique spontaneous mutant rats. The service was fast and efficient, and the sample submission was amazingly convenient. Very satisfied!

Mouse genotyping
I had a good experience using this company for genotyping. Turnaround is relatively fast, i.e. within three days. Online software is easy to use and results are reliable and accurate. Only downside is it is a bit more expensive than doing it in the lab yourself due to wait time.
