ELISA Kits
The instructions are very clear, and the kit has all the reagents needed to run the assay. The calculations to determine the sample concentrations were a little bit tricky for me, but once I figured it out it was not a problem. The storage recommendations are very important; don't save prepared chemicals longer than recommended or under storage conditions not recommended. The standards curve came out looking really good except for a few times when I neglected to notice the recommended storage conditions for the TNF-alpha stock solution.
