A powerful and truly reflective way to assess Complement-Dependent-Cytotoxicity. iLite® CDC cell lines can be modified to overexpress any antigens on their cell surface. When therapeutic drug antibodies bind with these antigens, complement proteins from human serum trigger lysis of the cell, releasing luciferase. Making this a truly reflective lysis mechanism assay with high adaptability to include additional surface antigens.
