INVIEW ONCOPANEL ALL-IN-ONE is the most comprehensive cancer panel for evaluation of significant tumor-specific genomic alterations. DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) or fresh tissue samples is subjected to target enrichment using proprietary protocols based on Agilent’s latest hybridization chemistry. Expert next-generation sequencing (NGS) is then performed on the high complexity libraries for detailed profiling of mutations that impact tumor development. The oncology panel interrogates 597 widely studied cancer genes, including tumor activators, tumor suppressors and biomarkers of drug resistance. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertions and deletions (InDels), as well as gene fusion events and copy number variations can be analysed.
