Visualization of biomarkers in tumors for spatial biology analysis

Alexa Fluor 488 Phalloidin is essential for my lab - all of our workflows are based around this product. Lot-to-lot reproducibility is guaranteed, which allows my lab to eliminate concerns for variability between experiments. We mainly use Alexa 488 to detect CD8+ cells, allowing us to determine the locations and quantities of immune cells in and around tumors, so that we can discern the effectiveness of clinical trial-stage immunotherapies. It is best kept refrigerated and unopened until the time of use, for ideal preservation of the chemical structure. Overall, an excellent, must-have product for all imaging and tissue analysis laboratories!
