Proteins microarray
The M2 iONE 600 spotter is a very fast machine with excellent construction. Excellent precision and repeatability of movements. The software is also quite intuitive and easy to use; you work by function task, and this makes everything very customizable. Infinite operating methods can be created, and the management of samples and washes is completely customizable and very easy to design. The unprocessed sample recovery function is very useful. The slides-holder is very useful for positioning the slides. There is also the possibility of keeping them in position by vacuum but for our application this is not necessary because the spotter is free from vibrations and does not cause accidental movement of the supports. PDMD is extremely durable. If properly cleaned and stored, it can be used many months without the need to be replaced or repaired. The manufacturer's support is also excellent in the event of problems and in the event of a request for clarification for better instrument management. The functions are many and you do not always can find the best possible solution in a short time, so there is a support team that is always available.

The instrumentONE series contains a variety of ultra-fast, high-precision, non-contact, liquid-handling systems. It provides a flexible platform for your individual applications. Based on several years of M2 experience, it provides flexibility in pattern design and high-speed printing through the use of our unique microdispensing technology, online degassing and online quality control. Fully compatible with our Quattro-Dispensing Technology, array production is now much more intuitive as a result of the simplified liquid path handling.
If your applications require an individual, non-standard target layout, this poses no problem for the iONE. Each setup can be customised to your individual needs, while offering flexibility as well as reproducibility in one solution.
A classic microarray-spotter layout can be combined with extra source wells and even a large variety of volume tubes.
The current generation of the iONE series is available in two different sizes (iONE-600 and iONE-1200). Both can process a variety of target capacities, which make them ideal for many applications in pL, nL, μL and low-mL volume ranges.
On its maximum layout, our iONE-1200 can supports a total of 24 MTP's or 150 glass slides, which means a lot of space for your innovative applications.
