RNA sequencing library prep
First of all, KAPA's tech support is very useful. Anyone who wishes to use this kit for the first time or not familiar with library prep in general, s/he should definitely consult with them. The protocol is easy to use with multiple safe stopping points and it has a very robust yield (with minimal rRNA for both human and mouse).
