Rare gene amplification and quantification
I’ve found this kit recently to be more reliable and more reproducible compared to our other quantification kits. It has easy to follow instructions and provides reliable and highly reproducible results. This kit is superb for gene quantification, but simple and straightforward, highly recommend using in the molecular biology experiments specially for gene quantifications.

Detect COVID-19 positives
Excellent one step RT-PCR kit master mix to be use in a recent, hot ongoing research of SARS COVID-19 detection. Very straightforward to use to make qPCR reactions, simply use this one step master mix with reverse transcriptase enzyme and primers. This kit has high sensitivity for the detection even when the sample has a very low intensity. Very useful kit for this type of experiment. Highly recommended.

qPCR to determine absolute telomere length
This product was used as a replacement for an established method to determine aTL via qPCR. The results were excellent. I observed high amplification efficiency without having to optimize the temperature cycling conditions. The results were replicable between runs for both the target as well as single copy control genes.

DNA copy number quantificaiton
This is very sensitive (~3 cycles earlier Ct than the product we used to use) and also blue color makes it easy to trace the reaction set up. But it also amplifies primer dimer very quickly, so you need to optimize the reaction first.
