The nucleic acid staining dye is really amazing to use. there is no need for extra addition of anything while loading amplified PCR product. Just mixing the PCR product with the staining dye is the only task before loading onto agarose gel well. The dye is suitable under uv light along with other exposure light like blue green LED light. I am using, and highly encourage my colleagues to use this product.
