Condensation problem

The MiniAmp Thermal Cycler is very user-friendly and compact, but the main issue for us was quite a significant condensation after each run. The tubes were pretty much drenched from the outside, which caused the labels to be wiped off. We were also concerned if this could damage the machine. I've never seen a thermal cycler before that could not be left overnight at 4C. Maybe the seal of the lid was broken, I'm not sure. The customer service first told me that we just shouldn't leave the PCR overnight (what??), but then recommended incubating the samples at 9C instead of 4C, if left overnight. This solved the condensation problem but still, this doesn't sound right.

Molecular biology
Just recently purchased MinAmp thermocycler from ThermoFisher and I like it. Its got an 8 inch touch screen and its very easy to use the machine and change the parameters. Unfortunately I couldnt use the cloud functions as the internet connection to this standalone device was not permitted but otherwise it looks ok.
