In NeoSpectra, all the optical and mechanical components are integrated into a single MEMS chip, enabling FT-IR functionality on a chip scale. The monolithic integration is enhanced by using Si-Ware Systems’ proprietary Silicon integrated Micro-Optical Systems Technology (SiMOST) platform.
