Deep mutational scanning of protein degrons
I ordered a 68bp oligo pool with >5000 sequences for deep mutational scanning of protein degrons. The pool had good yield and was easy to amplify. The pool was also very uniform. More than 96% of the desired sequences could be detected after all data analysis steps. Error rate is low. I could rarely see sequences that were not included in the original oligo pool design.

Good service with great product on oligopool synthesis.
FISH
Easy platform to use and order complex oligopool for downstream FISH probe generation. So far, every oligopool have been working and yield is reasonable. Uniform oligo pool
Library for peptide screening
We ordered the 150mer oligo pool coding for a peptide library, to be used in a binding screen. The oligo pool was highly uniform, which turned out to be very valuable for our screening pipeline. We were able to avoid over and underrepresented peptides, and retrieve ~97% designed peptides in our screen.
