Perfect hygiene through optimized geometry and laser welding.It doesn’t use lot of detergents
I find it very good and efficient. The washer is able to fit under a bench. Spray pressure and spray arm monitoring helps avoid poor cleaning results. The glasses are very shiny and clean.

Lab glass washing
Very nice undercounter glass washer. Has a lot of different cycles to cover all needs. Lots of rack options for any type of glassware. No need to add detergents or other solutions. Very easy to use and perfectly clean glassware in the end. Highly recommend.

Efficient and easy to use - very helpful support
Cleaning glassware
First bought in 2018. Engineer came to install and then did a mini training session on how to use and stayed to answer specific questions. Very efficient and easy to use with lots of different racks available to suit a range of glassware types. The only issue we have had is that the error messages displayed on the screen aren't all in the user manual, so you need to contact the company or go online to determine the problem, but always receive swift and helpful advice. Had its annual service last month with no major issues. Easy to clean filter, attach detergent, add salt and use. Automatically opens after each cycle finishes to allow to cool down, which is very helpful.
