Use of the Phusion GC Buffer is recommended for those instances where amplification with Phusion HF Buffer has failed. Phusion™ High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with Phusion™ GC Buffer is a convenient 2x mix containing Phusion DNA Polymerase, nucleotides and optimized reaction buffer (2x Phusion GC Buffer) including MgCl2 for 100 reactions in 50 μl volume. Only templates and primers need to be added by the user.
