CD4 count testing
The machine is easy to use and easy to mantain. Its portable nature makes it easy to handle and it's durable against harsh chemicals or falling. Because it is portable, it's good for outreach activities. It is easy to set up and has inbuilt controls. TAT takes 20 minutes. Unfortunatetly, you cannot run more than 5 samples in an hour. But, it's possible if you have 2 or 3 machines set up. Procedure to set up a test is not cumbersome and no extra reagents are required besides the casessette. Downtime for this machine is very low. Few challenges with the battery life, at some point we will be forced to have it plugged in continuously during testing. Despite this, it has good value for money and provides accurate and reproducible results.

Coagulation
This POCT instrument is easy to use. I have used it to show students POCT for coagulation testing and they have had no problems. The only downfall is that currently it is a challenge to get cards for testing purposes.
