I cannot praise enough the qPCR primer assays from IDT. They have a huge selection of pre-designed primers and probes. They are good value for money and work extremely well. Not much time wasted on optimization. Also their facility to design costume made primers and probe is so easy to use. They have just better algorithms. But mostly compared to other companies, they are totally transparent on the sequences of their product and their customer services and tech support are tremendous in helping you to troubleshoot any hiccups. 5 stars all around from me.
