Off-gas analysis
The ProLine mass spectrometers are used to monitor the stages of drying drug substance in a plant environment. The ProLines were multiplexed to accommodate multiple driers and served as a guide to establish critical end points. Off-gas anaysis
Ametek's ProLine is used routinely to monitor off gas during new reactions under investigation in pharma. The mass spectrometer is easy to set-up ands allows us to make changes on-the-fly. The instrument is routinely used weekly without the need for continued maintenance. With multiple ports and a scheduler we can monitor multiple process on a continual basis.
