Reliable polymerase suitable for any PCR
Q5 is a robust polymerase giving reproducible results using different PCR methods. The polymerase batches stay active beyond expiration date and the suggested reaction volumes can be significantly reduced (10μL) to save reagents. Moreover, the mastermix reduces pitpetting steps, thus the variability between reactions while saving again material.
