Whole Genome Sequencing for Phage Engineering
We were able to quickly and efficiently extract viral DNA from sputum samples, which are not only mess to deal with inherently, but very low yielding in terms of all the other contaminants possible, and preciously small sample volume. This kit came very quickly, very reasonably priced per sample, and enabled us to simply and efficiently extract viral DNA for our downstream applications.

RNA extraction for diagnosis of SARS-COV-2 in patient samples.
Easy-to-use kit for laboratory routine. Many types of samples (saliva, blood and urine, for example) are allowed to be used and can be used for RT-qPCR and even NGS assays. I've used it for both purposes and got good results.

Found this kit easy to use with consistent, reproducible results. Helps to free up time more laborious techniques would take up. The extra time allows for more rapid analysis of results and perform other experiments. Helps to push our research forward.

We use the Zymo research Quick DNA/RNA viral express kit. It is super easy to use and allows us to extract purified nucleic acid to then run qPCR. It is a great kit! Highly recommmend!
