Bullfrog Brain \RNA Isolation
I have used this product for many applications and have found it to be very versatile. The only thing I have had an issue is with the differing amounts of products that they run out at different times and having to overlap kits.

It has very high purity RNA isolation. The kit is easy to use and directions that come with the kit do not require troubleshooting. The company was very helpful with any questions and overall customer service was very good. Highly recommend for RNA isolation for applications such as qPCR and sequencing technologies. Immunofluorescence
QIAGEN kit provides a very good yield of DNA and plasmid purification. It also provides a very clean plasmid which doesn't require further purification.

Extraction Protocol
