The S.NEST™ is a microbioreactor that works in the highest throughput with the smallest volume for parallel cultivations in 96- and 24-well plates, bringing the bioreactor environment into a 150 to 1,600 µL microbioreactor scale condition. The S.NEST consists of four independent chambers that are fully equipped with temperature control, adjustable CO2 levels, humidity monitoring and UV sterilization. Dissolved oxygen (DO) and pH levels are detected by two sensors attached to the bottom of each well. The sensors enable real-time monitoring of both parameters in all wells. A motion camera module supports the detection of DO and pH level of each plate within five minutes and all measurements are taken simultaneously from all wells over your desired time frame.
