Instrument performance is very consistent, but for after sales service, the company has assured service support from a local (in India) team. Till date there is no progress in this area. The instrument has a rock solid stable consistency. The remote support is good and helpful.

The electrochemiluminescence read-out has a strong signal with very low background. The system works in a wide range of concentrations. It has excellent signal/background ratios, approximately 100-fold.
