Transfection
The siPORT NeoFX Transfection Agent is very efficient for transfecting astrocytes. I would definitely recommend it to a colleague.

Cell Biology And Cancer Study
It is a little bit expensive compared to the results that I’ve gotten and the efficiency is just ok. It is not that useful for primary neuron transfection.
