Total protein analysis is one of the most robust analytical methods in biopharmaceutical quality control, covering most types of tested samples including in-process manufacturing samples and the product CoA quality parameter. Since this is a crucial method for the product process and efficacy, a robust and quick analytical methods are required to support this need. The Solo VPE slope spectrophotometer is a genius piece of technology that saves working time by not needing the establishment of traditional calibration curves. There's no need for sample preparation and/or any reagent thus reducing the chance for human error and unwanted investigations. The sample is tested, providing the coefficient factor of the sample, and the instrument creates a result in 2-3 min without further calculation. The instrument is fully CFR Part 11 data integrity certified and was successfully validated in our lab and approved internationally by multiple authorities.
