Our soluble collagen in R&D quality is suited to polymerize hydrogels for 3D cell culture or to generate thin coatings on surfaces in 2D cell culture systems. Applications include tissue engineering of skin, bones, vascular system or other organs. This advanced culture matrix enables the analysis of cell migration in and on a natural surface, e.g. during metastasis, wound healing and development. The high collagen concentration of 5 mg/ml provides freedom to select the optimal gel density for your cells.
