Spectroquant Move is compact, handy, and portable (battery operated), hence tests can be done on-site/ on the spot and results can be available immediately which is very useful when there's an urgent need for availability of test results. Using the equipment is also a breeze since instructions are not complicated and very easy to follow. Furthermore, the results are very reliable and precise. There has been no problem in the availability of test reagents. There is a sales person in charge of our company who are very accessible and easy to communicate with. Replies to inquiries and purchase orders are prompt. The lead time for processing orders and deliveries (for test reagents) is reasonable. The equipment is also reasonably priced since it is durable too. We have been using the equipment for almost 5 years and we haven't encountered any problem with the unit to date. For the past years, we have conducted an estimate of almost 8,000 tests for residual chlorine and ozone and still, the equipment has been performing well. The unit also still looks relatively new since it is easy to clean.
