cDNA synthesis for PCR or qPCR
A robust, efficient and easy to use cDNA synthesis master mix. The cDNA components are provided as an easy to use master mix. You just need to add your RNA and water. cDNA synthesis is robust, and complete. Good for cDNA gene cloning or qPCR applications. We have used it to reverse transcribe mRNA, viral RNA for relative gene quantification or molecular diagnostics, Improved sensitivity and ease of use compared to other cDNA synthesis mixes. Although price is higher, the sensitivity and robustness of the mix is excellent. It works with RNA isolated from wide variety of isolation, tolerant to a wide variety of inhibitors.
